Overview

A private multi-agent platform where specialized agents take on Scrum roles (Product Owner, Developer, QA) and collaborate on backlog refinement, estimation, and retrospectives. Coordinated tool use across Claude and Gemini with an observable event bus.

Backlog grooming, estimation, and retros eat senior engineers' time without compounding — the work is routine but too context-heavy to offload to a single prompt.

Built a multi-agent orchestrator where each Scrum role is a narrow, swappable agent with its own memory scope and typed tools. Runs are event-sourced for replay debugging.
