UK veterinary practices relied on slow, expensive agencies to fill locum gaps. Locums wanted direct control over shifts and rates without agency markup.

Built an end-to-end booking platform where practices post shifts in minutes and compare pre-vetted locums. Added AI-assisted scheduling and automated client communication, with a two-way review system for accountability on both sides.
